Future Shock 3.0 is the star of the show, more tunable, adjustable, and durable than ever, giving every rider 20mm of smooth, stiction-free travel between the stem and head tube. The dropped clamp seatpost design and Pavé seatpost create AfterShock technology, delivering a smooth ride with no loss in efficiency when paired with the Roubaix's rigid rear triangle. The result is our smoothest road bike yet, reducing impacts at the bars and saddle by 53% versus the nearest competition.
The Roubaix pioneered endurance geometry, so you ride "in" the bike rather than "on" it, relieving pressure on hands, arms and shoulders while staying ready to descend at full gas. Tyre clearance up to 40mm brings better traction on rough roads and light gravel with no downside, and three bottle mounts, top-tube mounts and fender-ready construction mean it's built for big days out.
The SL8 Sport is our most aero Roubaix yet, with new aero shapes from the Free Foil library and dropped seat stays. At just 950 grams, the frame is lighter than ever, drawing on lessons learned from the Aethos — the world's lightest production frame — and a FACT 10r carbon blend.
