The Crux DSW is the lightest alloy gravel bike Specialized has ever made. Using its patented D'Aluisio Smartweld process, Specialized took everything it learned from the carbon Crux and made it a reality in alloy: capable, nimble, balanced and responsive.

The Comp build pairs the E5 Premium Aluminium frame with an S-Works FACT carbon fork, SRAM Apex XPLR 12-speed, DT Swiss G540 wheels and 40mm Pathfinder tubeless-ready tyres. It's a fast, fun, high-performance gravel bike at an accessible price.

Most Capable

More clearance means more capability. The Crux DSW clears 47mm tyres on 700c wheels, or up to 2.1in on 650b.

Combined with the tough, light alloy frame, it can take you anywhere you imagine at full gas.

Ultra-Responsive

Responsive at the pedals and supple in the saddle, the Crux DSW shares the performance gravel geometry and race-influenced fit of the carbon Crux.

A longer reach improves weight distribution for quick, confident handling, a lower stack gives a performance-first position, and 72mm of bottom bracket drop hits the sweet spot between nimble and stable.

D'Aluisio Smartweld

D'Aluisio Smartweld is a patented process that uses hydroforming to precisely match tube-to-tube joints. The result is stronger welds and a lighter frame that can be twice as durable as a traditional alloy frame.

It also creates a unique single-piece down tube and bottom bracket, saving weight and sharpening responsiveness.
